Erin was born and raised in the Syracuse, NY area. Erin landed in Erie after attending Mercyhurst College, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology, and then going on to Edinboro University, obtaining a Master’s degree in Social Work. Prior to joining the Equitable team, Erin spent 15 years in the social work field, first as a family therapist and later as a program manager with a local social services agency. Erin’s career shift into financial advising was a result of combining her personal interest in finance and a desire to continue building relationships with individuals and families. Erin takes pride in helping individuals, families and businesses to identify their needs in hopes to achieve their financial goals through customized financial planning strategies. In her free time, you can find Erin at the ice rink, where she is either coaching youth hockey, or playing in an adult league.
